While final covenants are still in review, we will go ahead and release an example of square footage restrictions "A single story primary residence must contain a minimum 3500 square feet of enclosed space on the ground floor. This may include garages, carports and fully enclosed porches and sunrooms. A separate guest houses is acceptable." Ground floor square footage requirements for two story dwellings will be published soon. We intend to follow the trend of providing for smaller, more efficient housing.
